(2) Detailed architectural plans and specifications.
(3) Detailed diagram on a copy of the land survey showing location of improvements. (for pools, fences, sheds, etc. Not necessary for roof.)
(4) Self addressed stamped envelope for return of approval letter
or
email address for letter to be sent in .pdf format.
Emailing is the best and speediest way of getting an approval letter.
The request will be reviewed by the Association Board of Directors in a timely manner and the homeowner(s) will be notified of their decision in writing.
